Glowup Detailing provides professional automotive detailing services, including but not limited to:

  • Ceramic and graphene coatings

  • Paint correction

  • Full interior and exterior detailing

Services are performed based on the information you provide about your vehicle.

2. Bookings and Appointments

  • All services require a booking, which can be made via our website, phone, or email.

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will notify you as soon as possible.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about your vehicle and requested services.

  • Remove personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle before service.

  • Ensure your vehicle is in a condition suitable for detailing services.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Service prices are provided after a quote is issued based on your vehicle and selected services.

  • Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept payment via cash, PayID, Bank Transfer, other.

5. Refunds and Service Issues

  • If you believe there is an issue with the service, you must submit a request within 7 days of service completion.

  • An inspection will be conducted to assess the problem.

  • Issues that can be corrected will be fixed at no extra cost. Refunds are only considered if the issue cannot reasonably be resolved.

  • Glowup Detailing is committed to providing high-quality services.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by external factors, vehicle pre-existing conditions, or neglect after service.

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
