Refund Policy

At Glowup Detailing, we take pride in the quality of our services, including ceramic coatings, paint correction, and detailing. Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with the work we perform.

1. Refund Requests

If you believe there is an issue with the service provided, you must submit a refund or service review request within 7 days of the completion of the service. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

2. Inspection and Assessment

Once a refund request is submitted, our team will inspect your vehicle to assess the issue. This inspection will determine whether the problem can be corrected or if a refund is appropriate.

3. Resolution

  • If the issue can be resolved, we will offer to rectify the problem at no additional cost.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered if the issue cannot be reasonably corrected.

4. Exclusions

Refunds or corrections will not be provided for:

  • Normal wear and tear after the service

  • Damage caused by external factors unrelated to our services

  • Customer modifications or neglect after service completion
