Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: December 30 2025

At Glowup Detailing, we value our time and our customers’ time. When you book a service, that time is reserved specifically for your vehicle. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.

Deposits

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Refundable cancellation deposits are not accepted without a valid reason and supporting proof, at our discretion.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time.

  • Any cancellation made within 48 hours of the service will not be eligible for a refund, even if a reason is provided.

  • Failure to show up for your appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited.

Rescheduling

  • We strongly encourage rescheduling instead of cancelling whenever possible.

  • Reschedules are allowed and preferred, subject to availability.

  • Weather conditions (such as rain or extreme heat) may require rescheduling, particularly for services like ceramic coatings and paint correction. In such cases, we will work with you to arrange a new suitable date.

Exceptions

  • Any exception to this policy is at the sole discretion of Glowup Detailing and may require proof of a valid reason.
